Job Description

We currently have a Printer Support project available for CompuCom Fuji printers in Chelan,WA. This is a dispatch-based opportunity, meaning there is no fixed schedule. You will receive work orders as they come in and can accept jobs based on your availability.
Scope of Work:
Installation and setup of printers, kiosks, and scanners Break/fix support for Fujitsu/CompuCom devices Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Repair and replacement of components (rollers, trays, fusers, sensors, etc.) Preventive maintenance and cleaning of devices Support for kiosk systems (printer integration, basic functionality checks, resets, and testing) Basic network configuration (IP setup, connectivity, and print/scan sharing) Resolution of error codes and performance issues Documentation and proper closure of service tickets
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
