06/03/2026 Senior IT Network Engineer We're looking for a Senior IT Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead responsible for the design, security, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic planning and will serve as the primary escalation point for complex networking and security challenges. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud networking, and defense compliance standards while supporting both corporate and manufacturing environments. What You'll Be Doing Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security technologies Manage and improve network performance, reliability, and availability Implement network segmentation across IT, OT, and controlled environments Support Palo Alto firewalls, IDS/IPS platforms, VPN technologies, and Zero Trust initiatives Integrate networking across on-premise, AWS, and Azure environments Support security monitoring, incident response, and compliance initiatives Maintain network documentation, standards, and architecture diagrams Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For 7+ years of Network Engineering experience Strong experience with LAN/WAN design, routing (OSPF, BGP), and switching Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security Experience with AWS and Azure networking Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and network troubleshooting tools Experience supporting CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and secure network architectures Familiarity with XDR and SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, or Splunk Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Certifications
PCNSE / PCNSA
