  • Full-time Resurgence Management, a client development firm, is expanding our Seattle team to support residential customers with exterior home improvement solutions through our partnership with LeafGuard.
We are currently hiring an Entry Level Manager to help oversee team operations, customer engagement, and project coordination. This is an entry-level leadership role designed for individuals looking to build management experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Entry Level Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. You'll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers and team members while developing the skills needed to grow into a leadership position. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Support daily team operations and assist in coordinating local outreach initiatives for LeafGuard Work directly with customers to provide information and schedule services Help onboard and train new team members on company processes and expectations Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and engagement Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring a smooth service experience Collaborate with leadership to improve overall team performance and workflow Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Manager A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Experience in management or sales is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
