Job Description

IT Tech Support - $20.13/hr. Lacey, WA | 24/7 Warehouse Operations Full-time | Must be available weekends, holidays & mandatory overtime
Shift:
8:00PM to 6:30AM About the Role EPIC HR is seeking an IT Tech Support Specialist to join our 24/7 warehouse operations team. In this role, you will ensure that all technical systems, devices, and equipment function properly to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and provide support to staff at all levels. Responsibilities Help Desk Support Respond to IT support requests via email and phone in a timely manner Log, track, and resolve tickets; escalate when necessary Hardware & Software Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop PCs Perform OS installations, updates, and application setups Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Conduct routine maintenance and data recovery Install and manage antivirus/anti-spyware protection Mobile & Communication Devices Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot company mobile phones Support mobile/wireless device connectivity Printers & Peripherals Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers (laser, thermal, impact) Network & Infrastructure Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices/connections Support wireless access and connectivity issues User Account Management Process approved IT request forms Create and manage Active Directory/domain accounts Manage shared folders and permissions Update user access for warehouse software Assist with relocating users and IT hardware as needed Administrative & Documentation Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset tracking Keep IT work areas clean and organized Document procedures and solutions for future reference Perform other duties as needed to support operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications a plus) Prior professional IT support experience required Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Microsoft applications & Windows OS Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Knowledge of warehouse operations preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexible schedule — must be available weekends, holidays & OT Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse/distribution center setting Exposure to heavy equipment and active warehouse floor Requires adaptability, attention to detail, and safety awareness #LACE-1
