Job Description

We're hiring a hands-on IT Operations Technician to support users and technology systems across warehouse, orchard, and office environments throughout our Quincy and Wenatchee locations. This role focuses on frontline technical support, workstation and mobile device deployment, troubleshooting, operational support systems, and day-to-day IT support across multiple facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of technologies, working directly with users, and being part of a small IT team supporting real-world operations. The role also offers opportunities for growth within the IT Department as responsibilities and experience develop. Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills. Experience supporting Windows workstation environments and common business technology. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in fast-paced operational environments. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with users, vendors, and IT staff. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or operational environments. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technology. Support warehouse, orchard, and office users with day-to-day IT issues and troubleshooting. Deploy, configure, maintain, and replace workstations, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related equipment. Assist with workstation imaging, software installation, patching, and endpoint support processes. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Support specialty operational and warehouse systems used throughout the company. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, workstation setup, and equipment deployment. Maintain inventory and asset tracking for assigned IT equipment and systems. Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and IT projects across multiple locations. Escalate advanced server, network, infrastructure, or application issues to senior IT staff as appropriate. Maintain documentation related to support procedures, deployments, and inventory. Participate in on-call rotation and operational support activities as required.
