About the role Concept Plus is seeking an Onsite Support Desk Tech to be a Tier 0 to Tier 1 support of customer endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux) for a client project. What you'll do Work onsite in the Seattle AFSC location to support ticketing system to efficiently deliver IT services to 400 customers spread across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Maintain regular communication with manager(s) Attend weekly virtual team meeting Daily completion of timecard Must be willing to be on-site 5 days a week Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications US Citizen Basic IT environment experience Must be able to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines Must be able to maintain Public Trust Clearance (Clearable) Concept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
