Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Engineer with expertise in complex Building Management Software systems to support a high-profile site in Seattle, WA . You will monitor building performance, assist with technical issues, and contribute to energy efficiency goals at a world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Analyze Systems:
Oversee building performance via Siemens BMS software and identify optimization opportunities.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with remote remedial actions where possible.
Energy Efficiency:
Identify and drive energy-saving initiatives in line with net-zero goals.
Reporting:
Track building performance and provide insightful reports to guide improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering and client teams to address technical issues and optimize building strategies.
Documentation & Alerts:
Maintain up-to-date building operation documents and manage system alerts.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience with BMS systems (Siemens preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Facilities Management experience (preferred but not required). Interest in sustainability and energy management. Must have good controls understanding for both low and high voltage systems Understanding of AI prompt writing is a must have skill.
