This energetic role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform precise repairs, and ensure our clients' equipment runs seamlessly. As a vital part of our service team, you'll deliver exceptional technical support, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to customer satisfaction through your expertise and proactive service. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot printer and copier hardware issues using detailed schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to optimize equipment performance Repair or replace mechanical components, electronic boards, and computer hardware parts using hand tools and specialized equipment Assist with software troubleshooting related to device drivers, firmware updates, and network connectivity issues Conduct field service visits at client locations to resolve on-site technical problems promptly Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify root causes of malfunctions Collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) support teams for complex repairs or warranty claims Requirements No experience necessary. Will train the right person. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in computer hardware and networking fundamentals Hands-on experience using hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks IT knowledge is a plus but not required Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to field service challenges This job has a total of 32.5 hours a week. Pay increase after 90 days.

From $19.00 per hour
