Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for delivering exceptional support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing computer systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Job Description:
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Support end-users by providing training and guidance on using IT systems. Implement and follow IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure holistic support for the IT infrastructure. Upgrade and repair hardware and software systems as necessary. Travel to location to provide technical support on-site. Troubleshoot network and server issues with relevant teams. Work on user tickets and resolve on Priority. Troubleshoot on all devices at the site and working with relevant teams on upgradation. Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Experience in IT support or a similar technical role. Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. #
