Avanciers is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Service & Helpdesk Support to join our long standing client in Franklin, WI 53132 for IT support This role is essential in providing comprehensive technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.

Franklin, WI 53132, Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support for PC, mobile devices, hardware, software, operating systems, and LAN issues. Deliver omni-channel technical support in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities. Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years of technical help desk or in-person technical support experience. Strong knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware/software troubleshooting . Experience using software support tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Experience training or mentoring team members is a plus. #
