This is a part-time, contract/freelance (1099), on-site role , averaging 5-10 hours per month to start , with the potential to grow as additional client needs arise. Responsibilities Provide on-site Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues Assist with workstation setup, printers, peripherals, and connectivity Escalate issues to a remote support team when needed Act as a professional, customer-facing presence on-site Requirements Located in or near Green Bay, WI (on-site presence required) Experience providing Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT support Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Reliable, responsive, and professional Comfortable working independently with remote guidance Nice to Have Prior MSP or contract IT experience Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments Availability to take on additional hours over time Position Details Contract / freelance (1099) 5-10 hours per month initially Hourly rate: competitive and based on experience Opportunity for additional work as the relationship grows
