Manager, Technical Services

4Front Engineered Solutions in Kenosha, WI is looking for a Technical Services Manager to support our High Performance Doors. What you will be doing Coordinating and directing customer facing technical support department Conduct training and certification of customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field Liaise with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions of issues Traveling up to 20% is possible What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience PLC experience a plus 7-10+ years' experience in a quality, technical or technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing setting 3-5 years' of leadership experience Excellent communication skills 4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry.
