Job Description

Join Our Team as an IT Technician! Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys helping people and working with the latest technology? We're looking for an IT Technician to provide exceptional technical support and play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly. In this role, you'll work directly with employees across the organization, supporting a wide range of technologies—from laptops and mobile devices to Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms. What You'll Do As our IT Technician, you will: Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, tablets, and peripherals for new hires and upgrades Provide friendly, responsive technical support in person, remotely, and through our ticketing system Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Support and administer Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based tools Help maintain secure systems by supporting IT security practices (MFA, compliance, patching) Keep systems updated and running efficiently through regular maintenance and repairs Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle Support onboarding and offboarding by coordinating accounts and equipment Collaborate with the IT team on system upgrades, projects, and new technology rollouts Document solutions and contribute to improving processes and knowledge sharing
What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who is: A strong problem-solver who enjoys helping others Comfortable working with a variety of technologies and systems Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, plus 1-2+ years of technical support experience (or equivalent combination) Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, Wi-Fi) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar cloud platforms Understanding of IT security basics (MFA, endpoint protection, etc.) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Nice to
Have:
