Job Description

Our client is seeking a Help Desk to join their team. As a Help Desk, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting internal staff and public users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

residents. No relocation is allowed. Selected hire will be required to come onsite at GEF1 for two weeks of training then 1-2 times per week after.
Duration:
12+ months with possible 2 years extension / conversion Pay rate: $19
  • $22 / hr.
on W2 What's the Job? Provide first and second-tier computer support for internal staff and public users of DWD applications Manage and deploy computers for DWD staff, ensuring smooth operation and timely updates Assist with identity and account management services for staff and users Support and troubleshoot digital tools, systems, and platforms used across the organization Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve service delivery What's Needed? At least 1 year of experience working with digital tools, systems, or platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a proven track record of resolving issues and building positive relationships At least 6 months of experience working in team-based environments, actively contributing to shared goals and engaging in open communication Experience providing IT support in a professional setting is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and identity management administration is advantageous If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
