Overview:
Madison-based government org is seeking a FieldTech Support resource to provide desktop support across their central office and field facilities. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices while supporting hardware refresh initiatives and day-to-day technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues (onsite and remote support) Image, configure, and deploy new devices Support device setup and provide end-user assistance Maintain asset inventory and handle equipment lifecycle/recycling Manage and close tickets within the DOC ticketing system Support field locations periodically (travel required within WI) Follow DOC processes, policies, and technical standards
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with: Remote troubleshooting End-user support and customer interaction Device imaging and deployment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Must be comfortable with physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing up to 8 hours as needed) Nice to

AV integration experience
