Prior experience in medical device domain with verification and validation is a must The Technical Program Coordinator serves as the day to day technical liaison between Medical OEM engineering teams in Madison, WI and engineering teams in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for aggressively driving information flow, removing execution blockers, and ensuring alignment across geographically distributed teams. This role will also perform verification and validation testing for select changes. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering teams
  • Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, or stalled decisions and drive resolution
  • Facilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zones
  • Track dependencies, action items, and risks; escalate issues early
  • Translate high-level engineering intent into clear, executable next steps for offshore teams
  • Perform V&V activities (test definition, execution, and review) for engineering changes as appropriate
  • Ensure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs and quality expectations
  • An engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Biomedical or related engineering discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
