Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $20 - 22 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Drive positive consumer experience through technical support via phone & email by resolving customer questions and guide customers through product features, installation steps, sizing choices, and warranty or repair claims.
Diagnose and solve hardware issues by reading basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Accurately log customer information, call notes, and support cases into our internal tracking systems.
Assist in reviewing and updating product manuals, technical bulletins, and technical marketing artwork to ensure positive customer experience and accuracy. Qualifications:
Must have minimum 1 year of customer service or consumer technical support background. Proven ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, schematics, operation and maintenance manualsstrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to navigate conflict and use effective problem-solving techniques. Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Marine Electronics, boating accessory installations, or RV electrical setups.
Practical experience with AC/DC systems, wire termination, basic circuit analysis, and using a Digital Volt Meter (DVM).FCC License is a plus.
ABYC, NMEA, or MEI certifications are a major plus.
Prior experience utilizing Salesforce CRM. qualifications:
