Technical Support Analyst -Junior (Milwaukee, WI, 53202) | 05/21/26 Easy Apply Job Description MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is an insurance firm looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability. Provide technical support for PCs, mobile devices, hardware, software, operating systems, and LAN environments across both Home Office and Field teams. Deliver multi-channel support in a fast-paced environment while troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues using technical knowledge and support tools. Provide phone, chat, and remote support while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Perform initial technical consultations and resolve issues on first contact whenever possible. Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and enhance client experience. Support special projects and continuously build expertise across technical support domains. Maintain accurate and concise ticket documentation. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum 1 year of Help Desk or technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills for computer and mobile device hardware/software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service focus. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to drive process improvements. #LI-NS1
