As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will analyze and support computer operations by controlling production applications, monitoring system resources and response time, and providing first-line support for operational problems. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$55,500 - $72,100 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Provide IT support for retail and food and beverage point of sale systems, including hardware, software, mobile, and kiosk ordering solutions Maintain and troubleshoot property management systems, back-office workstations, Citrix applications, and AWS-hosted solutions Support network infrastructure, including wireless Internet, satellite, fiber, T1s, VOIP phones, and other communication systems Manage IT tools such as Confluence and ServiceNow while supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, and Kronos time management systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows 10, iOS devices, cloud-based applications, and other enterprise technology solutions More about you Associate or bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems, including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems Certifications in Cisco, CompTIA, ITSM, Microsoft, or PMI Shift details Days Evenings Weekends Holidays Events Source:
