Job Description

At Bank Five Nine, we're dedicated to making lives better - for our customers, our communities, and our employees. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Specialist I to join our team and provide top-notch technical support.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and phone equipment. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Perform routine computer maintenance and clean-up tasks. Run diagnostic programs to resolve technical problems.
What We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
Associate's degree or ongoing college-level coursework in a computer-related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Previous help desk troubleshooting experience. The ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in a help desk capacity, preferably in the banking industry.
