Location:
Waukesha, WI (Onsite) Contract Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite technical support for end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, and mobile device issues. Support Windows 11, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams environments. Configure, install, and upgrade hardware/software. Manage incidents and service requests using Cherwell or ServiceNow. Perform equipment setup, moves, inventory, and asset management. Maintain documentation, knowledgebase articles, and technical procedures. Communicate updates and resolutions with end users and stakeholders. Support ITIL incident management processes. Required Skills Experience supporting Windows 11 environments. Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, iPhones/iPads, etc. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams support. Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell or ServiceNow. Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills. Good communication and organizational abilities.
