Job Description

Great careers begin with great opportunities! The Child Development Center (CDC) in Casper, Wyoming, is currently seeking a caring and energetic IT Technician to join our team beginning immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for front-line technical support for the organization's computer systems, hardware, and software. This role will work directly with third-party vendors for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user devices and assisting with basic network operations. The technician supports staff with technology-related issues, ensures reliable system performance, and helps maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. This position provides courteous and responsive technical support, ensuring all staff and management receive clear and empathetic assistance. Work hours 8:00 - 4:00 p.m., Mon-Fri, including some hours in the summer months. Full benefit package available.
Minimum Educational/Certification Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an extensive background investigation and drug screening.
