Full-Time Position Summary Join a hands-on, high-impact IT team where your expertise directly supports critical operations. As a Tier 3 IT Support Specialist, you'll take the lead on complex technical issues, maintain core infrastructure, and help drive reliability across both corporate and industrial environments. This role goes beyond traditional IT—you'll work at the intersection of IT and Operations Technology (OT), supporting integrated systems in a mining environment while collaborating with automation and engineering teams. What You'll Do Own and resolve complex, escalated IT issues across systems, networks, and applications Support and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure Manage and troubleshoot network environments (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) Contribute to system reliability through patching, monitoring, and backup/recovery Support security controls and assist with incident response Collaborate with OT and Automation teams on integrated systems Mentor junior IT staff and improve documentation and processes What We're Looking For 5-10+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) Working knowledge of Linux is a plus Experience in industrial or OT environments is a bonus Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, on-site role Work Environment Full-time, on-site role (no hybrid) Occasional travel to mine sites Mix of office and industrial environments Physical activity required (lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
