Tier 1 support. Facilitate internal and external entities with campus events. Reports To Technical Director Education/Qualifications Customer service experience Basic computer skills Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Products Familiarity with college student portal, student account activation and setup Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30 lbs Working hours, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Evening events from 5 pm to 9 pm.
