Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect / Senior Engineer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale customer data platform implementations, real-time personalization initiatives, and omnichannel customer experience programs using Adobe Experience Platform. The candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of AEP architecture, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Data Collection, Web SDK, identity management, and large-scale integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform implementations Architect scalable customer data and personalization solutions Design enterprise-grade: XDM schemas Data ingestion frameworks Identity stitching strategies Real-Time Customer Profiles Implement and optimize: Adobe RT-CDP Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Data Collection / Launch Adobe Web SDK Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Define data governance, consent, and privacy strategies Lead integrations with: CRM platforms Marketing automation tools Analytics systems Data lakes / warehouses Design omnichannel customer journey orchestration workflows Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and marketing teams Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues Drive best practices for scalability, performance, and security Required Skills Adobe Experience Platform Expertise Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Data Collection / Launch Adobe Web SDK Adobe Analytics integration Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Identity Service Offer Decisioning Profile unification and audience management Technical Skills JavaScript REST APIs
