Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Lead Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end execution of complex integration initiatives tied to acquisitions. This role sits at the center of technical delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving high-priority issues, and ensuring seamless sequencing and execution across environments. You will act as both a technical authority and operational leader, directly influencing how newly acquired organizations are integrated into the enterprise ecosystem.   • $75-$85/hr What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading integration execution across acquisition environments and workstreams
  • Serving as technical lead and pod coordinator across infrastructure and application teams
  • Driving prioritization, sequencing, and resolution of technical issues
  • Partnering with IT leadership, IMO/TMO, and internal SMEs
  • Supporting identity, email, AD, cloud, and hybrid environment integrations
  • Participating in go-lives and occasional travel as needed What You'll Need to be Considered
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud platforms
  • Deep understanding of identity, email systems, and hybrid Active Directory environments
  • Ability to operate in M&A or complex integration-heavy environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to drive execution across teams
  • Willingness to operate in high-urgency, "all hands on deck" environments with occasional extended hours INDIT
