We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Assistant Platform Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to the platform management team, helping ensure the smooth operation and ongoing optimization of our learning platform and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily platform tasks, coordinating content management, and collaborating with different teams to improve platform performance. Responsibilities:
Platform Support:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the learning platform and ATS, ensuring tasks are executed on time and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Content Management:
Help update and schedule platform content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
Reporting & Analytics:
Gather data and assist in preparing reports on platform performance and user engagement metrics.
User Support:
Provide timely assistance to users and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of platform updates, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Continuous Improvement:
Research and suggest enhancements to improve platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with platform management tools, CMS, and basic troubleshooting techniques are a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable reports.
Organizational Skills:
Strong time management and multitasking abilities are required.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
Problem Solving:
Strong ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
Teamwork:
Works effectively with different teams to achieve shared goals.
Experience:
Previous experience in digital platform or operations support is a plus.
