Job Description

Job Description Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking an Entry Level Systems Engineer to become part of The Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in Mesa, Arizona. The SEIT team will support Apache and Little Bird programs for the United States Government as well as international customers. This position will review aircraft configuration changes to identify impacts to the product support elements. Sustainment activities within the portfolio includes but is not limited to System Support Analysis, Technical Data, Retrofit & Modifications, Service Engineering, Repair & Overhaul, and Support Equipment. In addition, multiple new business opportunities exist or are emerging that will drive future portfolio growth. This position will provide technical integration support throughout the product lifecycle including Risk, Issue, and Opportunity management as well as support design and gate reviews. The BGS Systems Engineer will lead process improvement tasks. In addition, will review aircraft configuration changes to identify impacts to elements of product support. During the acquiring phase, the Systems Engineer will provide technical leadership across BGS through authoring technical approaches, leading technical discussions, leading proposal bill of material development, supporting technical teams in estimating, and supporting negotiations. After contract award, the Systems Engineer will provide support to transitioning the proposal to execution and will lead the mitigation of technical risks, issues, and opportunities. This position will also manage and track requirements across the elements of Integrated Product Support. And will also define product support requirements and then schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors completion of validation and verification of the requirements.
