This role will focus on building a front-end experience for partners (course creation, learning pathways, content management) while integrating with a HubSpot-driven backend and a Node/Render middleware layer. The ideal candidate is someone who can: Navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements Balance speed with thoughtful architecture Improve UX for nontechnical users Build systems that reduce dependency on rigid tools (like HubSpot templates) The Fullstack Platform Developer will own the entire product lifecycle, from feature design to coding, deployment, and quality control. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, operations) to ensure the platform delivers exceptional user experience while remaining scalable and sustainable. The ideal candidate is the kind of developer who sees both the system and the human. They can build APIs and debug middleware, while also noticing when a workflow is confusing or unnecessarily complex. They are comfortable working around imperfect systems and enjoy turning scrappy infrastructure into something scalable, elegant, and usable.
