Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Financial Business Analyst to support our entertainment client based in Los Angeles on a 6-8-month project starting immediately. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise while contributing to a major OneStream system implementation project. If you have a passion for financial planning and analysis, along with a strong background in enterprise performance management systems, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support for a large-scale OneStream implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to guide the design and governance of the system.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business needs for optimal system configuration.
  • Offer functional expertise during the design and implementation phases to achieve seamless integration.
  • Evaluate proposed solutions from Oracle and other vendors, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.
  • Document processes and workflows to maintain clarity and consistency throughout the project.
  • Engage with implementation partners to challenge and enhance system delivery plans.
  • Support the go-live phase by coordinating functional requirements and providing technical insights.
  • Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure the system's success post-implementation.
