Fluid Systems Engineer Mee Industries Inc. was founded in 1969. The company is a leader in developing and manufacturing fog systems for a variety of applications. MeeFog systems are used for cooling gas turbines for the power industry and for humidifying and cooling manufacturing facilities, greenhouses, and wine barrel storage facilities that need a controlled environment. MeeFog systems are also used for special effects to create a cloud or fog effect for landscapes, amusement parks and zoos. As a privately held industry leader, Mee Industries offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects ranging from cooling massive data centers to creating iconic special effects for theme parks. We are seeking a Fluid Systems Engineer with 5 plus years of experience to design and draft high-pressure systems that have made Mee Industries a global leader in fog solutions for over 50 years. General responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design:

Configure custom high-pressure water fogging systems, including piping layouts, pumps, and valve assemblies.

Project Management:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate water systems into larger industrial projects, managing deadlines and technical requirements.

Technical Documentation:

Create comprehensive bills of materials, schematics, and compliant technical manuals for internal and customer use.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical and hydraulic systems engineering.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD and hydraulic modeling software for fluid flow simulation.

Experience:

Five to ten (5-10) years of demonstrated knowledge and hands on of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and water treatment technologies (e.g., Reverse Osmosis).

KNOWLEDGE

Must have in depth knowledge of UL 508A, National Electric Code, company products, system applications, design, testing, quality control, analysis, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology to the production of various products. Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods. Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

• Computer literacy is a must.
