Job Summary:

We seek experienced and motivated Systems engineer to join our dynamic and cross-functional engineering team. Our focus is on executing high-impact projects within Avionics and Airframe, Performance & Systems product lines, ensuring technical excellence and product quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on project execution for Avionics or AP&S Modifications. Identify technical risks, issues, and opportunities; develop and execute plans for risk mitigation and issue resolution. Collaborate with Program Management to develop integrated project plans and project schedules. Respond to changes to the statement of work, assessing impact and negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.

Required:

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. 5+ years of experience in an engineering role. Experience with avionics, cabin systems, electrical, structures, or systems engineering. Self-motivated individual who works under minimal direction.
