Minimum Qualifications 8-12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience Proven enterprise delivery of CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM programs Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data architecture, CI modeling, and service mapping Strong experience with Discovery, MID Server design, integration, and automation Advanced ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript skills Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors or contractors Strong execution mindset with accountability for delivery outcomes
