Role:
Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer Location:
Pleasanton, CA Onsite EXP:
8 years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services. Build and optimize data warehouses and data marts using BigQuery . Develop and manage workflows and orchestration pipelines using Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer) . Work with AlloyDB and relational databases to support transactional and analytical workloads. Create data transformation models using DBT (Data Build Tool) . Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) . Implement data quality, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization processes. Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure following Google Cloud Platform best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, database, and infrastructure issues. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards.
