Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Power Platform Developer focused on hands-on development and deployment of AI-driven agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Power Platform. This role is heavily focused on building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready solutions, with an emphasis on Power Apps and Power Automate integrations leveraging AI and Copilot-based agents. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise production environments (minimum 3-4 deployments into production)
- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio)
- Strong expertise in Power Platform, specifically: o Power Apps (enterprise-grade app development and production delivery o Power Automate (workflow automation and AI agent integration)
- Experience owning the full development lifecycle.
- Experience building agent-based and AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently as a technical SME, owning end-to-end solution delivery from development through production support. Must be able to operate independently on a small team.
- Experience with both Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
- Depth in AI governance, security, or compliance frameworks
- Any relevant Microsoft certifications such as: o PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, etc.
