Staff Deputy Chief Systems Engineer

Assist with Workforce Planning Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related engineering experience Experience with NCTA development efforts Expertise with GNC type development and design Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams Experience in technical, program or functional management Active in-Scope, DoD Top Secret clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR). This SAP/PAR must be obtained prior to commencement of employment and must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Current Program Access Request Master's or PhD Degrees in Systems Engineering or relatable engineering field Knowledge of SE processes, procedures and work instructions required to support both management and engineering tasks Significant experience with Earned Value Management Minimum of 5 years' experience in Defense & Aerospace industry Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
