About Us We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems. Job Summary Enterprise Integration Engineer II leads the delivery of advanced building automation and analytics solutions. This role provides technical leadership on integration projects, develops engineering standards, improves workflows, and ensures high quality integration across systems. The position requires strong collaboration, technical expertise, and the ability to guide others and drive continuous improvement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Enterprise Integration Engineer I, plus:
- Lead complex integrations across multiple platforms and protocols.
- Develop and modify programming for Distech (GFX) and Delta (GCL) controllers.
- Lead commissioning and functional verification of automation systems.
- Create scalable workflows and architecture for integration projects.
- Provide advanced network design and BACnet routing solutions.
- Identify scope gaps and document discrepancies.
- Analyze integration challenges and propose innovative improvements.
- Provide technical direction for integrating hardware, software, and networks.
- Support development of companywide integration standards.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews on design, commissioning, and programming.
- Assist with IT inventory and deployment of new hardware.
- Participate in LEED commissioning activities.
- Contribute to end‑to‑end BAS design (controllers, sensors, layouts, network architecture). Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in control system design and development.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Significant experience managing and deploying large Niagara networks.
- Ability to develop custom Niagara applications.
- Proficiency with Distech and Delta Systems.
- Strong IT background, including networking, security, and server hardware (N+ or CCNA a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience with multiprotocol integration (BACnet, LON, Modbus, IoT/M2M).
- 5+ years managing enterprise‑level projects.
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Broad engineering knowledge (energy, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, programming).
Geographic Disclosure Compensation Range:
$65 - $70 per hourBenefits:
