Overview:
We are seeking an AI Implementations Specialist to build AI-driven solutions, develop agent skills, create structured context files, and enable skill orchestration across workflows. In this role, you will design and build AI skills, develop context files that power agent capabilities, and configure orchestration flows that chain skills into end-to-end solutions. Your success is measured by the quality, reliability, and adoptability of the AI solutions you deliver.
Responsibilities:
Skill Development:
Build and maintain AI agent skills — self-contained modules that perform specific tasks within orchestrated workflows.
AI Solution Building:
Design and develop AI-powered solutions that automate operational workflows, from requirements through deployment.
Context File Development:
Create and maintain structured context files (e.g., CLAUDE.md, project context) that enable AI agents to operate with accurate, up-to-date information.
Skill Orchestration:
Configure and enable multi-skill orchestration — chaining skills together to solve complex, multi-step problems.
Testing & Validation:
Test skills and solutions against defined acceptance criteria, iterating until performance and reliability targets are met.
Documentation:
Document skill capabilities, context file schemas, and orchestration patterns for team adoption.
Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate operational needs into AI skill requirements.
