Job Requirements Boulder, CO Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description We are seeking 2 experienced OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD) Consultants to support a large-scale Kubernetes platform modernization initiative. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing GitOps-based deployment pipelines using ArgoCD within Red Hat OpenShift environments. You will serve as a key technical advisor, helping establish enterprise GitOps standards, improve deployment automation, and enable scalable, secure, and repeatable delivery practices across multiple clusters. This has an onsite requirement of 2 weeks/month in Boulder, CO. This program will extend for a year with incremental funding. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of GitOps workflows using ArgoCD within OpenShift environments Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines aligned with GitOps best practices Integrate ArgoCD with enterprise tooling including Git repositories, CI systems, and secrets management solutions Define and enforce GitOps standards for multi-cluster OpenShift deployments Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams to onboard workloads into GitOps workflows Troubleshoot deployment issues across OpenShift clusters and ArgoCD-managed applications Implement role-based access control (RBAC), security policies, and compliance requirements for GitOps operations Provide technical guidance and mentorship on GitOps adoption and maturity Requirements Secret Clearance (Preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Deep expertise in GitOps principles and implementation using ArgoCD Proven background building and managing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments Experience with Kubernetes deployments, cluster operations, and application lifecycle management Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version-controlled infrastructure practices Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker/CRI-O) Experience integrating GitOps tools with enterprise DevOps toolchains Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems Excellent communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments Prior consulting or large enterprise experience preferred group id: 91082210 Apply now
