Littleton, CO (primarily onsite) Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Summary This role is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise desktop environments and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. The position focuses on design, implementation, administration, and ongoing support of end-user systems and cloud-based productivity tools. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Some after-hours work may be required to perform upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations. Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain desktop systems and Microsoft 365 services using industry best practices Provide hands-on administration, support, and troubleshooting for endpoint devices and O365 applications Manage system updates, enhancements, and changes following structured IT change management processes Support day-to-day endpoint functionality, including resolving hardware and software issues for end users Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on infrastructure-related initiatives Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues Organize and analyze data to support technical decision-making Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment Maintain and support IT equipment inventory and lifecycle processes Core Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in desktop systems and Microsoft 365 administration Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and business processes Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills Ability to present technical findings and recommendations clearly Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Technical Expertise Advanced administration of Windows 10/11 endpoints, including provisioning with Microsoft Intune Support for mobile devices, including corporate smartphones Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of endpoint hardware and peripherals Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) Management of hybrid Active Directory environments, including cloud and on-prem systems Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments (2012-2022) Experience with VPN software, antivirus tools, and endpoint security Exposure to enterprise hardware and networking technologies (servers, wireless access points, network infrastructure) Working knowledge of storage systems and networked devices Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management and organization Ability to adapt to diverse working styles and collaborate across teams Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through Professional communication across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
