Position Description We are seeking a Systems Integration / Test Engineer to support a newly awarded 5-year contract delivering advanced geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) capabilities across mission-critical systems. This effort focuses on the development, integration, and testing of modernized platforms that support end-to-end workflows for tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence data. The program brings together engineering, development, and test teams to build and deploy new capabilities, integrate diverse data sources and systems, and enhance performance across a complex, multi-domain environment. Work spans the full lifecycle, from system design and development through integration, testing, and delivery, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that directly support operational intelligence missions. Primary Responsibilities
  • Interact with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for systems, components, and modifications
  • Identify functional issues and recommend resolutions
  • Define internal quality control standards and support reliability programs
  • Document and analyze test cases and provide feedback and recommendations for product or design changes
  • Ensure testing procedures comply with required industry standards
  • Contribute to improvements in testing and quality programs
  • Analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop test plans and procedures
  • Execute test plans and procedures and confirm results of automated tests
  • Perform data collection and analysis and report status and results
  • Provide visibility into progress and impediments
  • Support development of Government test and evaluation documentation including Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
  • Work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
  • Provide test and evaluation support tailored to system functions, maturity, and performance areas
  • Act as a witness for demonstrations and test events and provide feedback to stakeholders Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with test automation tools such as JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete, or similar
  • Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures
  • Experience analyzing system requirements and translating them into test activities
  • Experience with system of systems testing
  • Experience with GEOINT workflows
  • Experience supporting test and evaluation documentation and reporting
  • Experience working in integrated engineering or test environments
  • Ability to identify issues, perform analysis, and recommend solutions
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills Compensation $110,000-$135,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
