Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a fast-paced aerospace and defense electronics manufacturing environment. This role will focus on improving manufacturing processes, supporting
SMT/PCBA
operations, and driving system integration and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and optimize MES software and manufacturing workflows. Support integration between MES, ERP, and production systems. Analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvements and production efficiencies. Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and IT teams to support manufacturing initiatives. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support and user training. Develop and maintain system documentation and process standards. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in
SMT/PCBA
manufacturing and MES environments. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process improvement. Experience with MES implementation, configuration, and support. Knowledge of ERP integration, Lean Manufacturing, and production workflows preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience supporting high-reliability or regulated manufacturing environments.
