Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Architect for a top insurance and reinsurance client. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives, ensuring that target‑state architectures are translated into executable plans and delivered to production with high quality. The Delivery Lead will bridge strategy, architecture, and execution by partnering closely with enterprise architecture, solution architects, engineering, security, and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical credibility, enterprise systems thinking, and the ability to manage architectural integrity, delivery risk, and operational readiness in a highly regulated environment. This is a remote, 6 month contract-to-hire with a pay range of $80-90/hr and salary conversion up to 185k. Day-to-Day
  • Own delivery outcomes for enterprise initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Convert architecture designs into actionable delivery roadmaps with managed dependencies
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, data, integration, and operational readiness standards
  • Partner with architects and engineering leads on design decisions and architectural tradeoffs
  • Orchestrate delivery across product, platform, and vendor teams
  • Identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks
  • Lead governance forums and provide executive‑ready status and decision recommendations

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, engineering leadership, or large‑scale technical program delivery
  • Proven ownership of end‑to‑end delivery for complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives across the full lifecycle (intake, discovery, architecture, build, test, release, hypercare)
  • Ability to translate enterprise and solution architecture into executable delivery plans, milestones, and dependency maps
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture standards, governance, and guardrails
  • Solid solution architecture literacy across applications, integrations/APIs, data flows, IAM, infrastructure/cloud, and non‑functional requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical risk, issue, and change management (architecture drift, technical debt, security, environment readiness)
  • Ability to "see the big picture" and break complex enterprise problems into structured execution strategies across EPMO, Enterprise Architecture, Security, GRC, and Infrastructure
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, security, operations, and business teams
  • Experience delivering cloud or hybrid solutions (modernization, migrations, platform services)
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and formal architecture governance
  • Experience producing or working with SADs, C4 diagrams, and NFR catalogs
  • Background in regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience partnering with security, GRC, DevSecOps, SRE, and operations teams
