Dynamics F&O Cloud Solution Architect

Customer Engagement & Advisory (Voice of the Customer / Trusted Advisor) Act as the voice of the customer and partner, sharing insights, feedback, success stories, and technical input with Engineering, Product, and internal communities to improve solution quality and customer outcomes. Deliver a high‑quality customer experience by supporting efficient, well‑architected solution delivery that enables seamless adoption, usage, and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle. Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Budgeting). Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Warehouse Management, Master Planning). Experience with application monitoring using Application Insights. Understanding of regression testing strategies.

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship. Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in consulting or customer‑facing roles, including delivery of technical guidance or training. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise systems. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Strong technical aptitude with a continuous learning mindset. Experience customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including X++ development. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps. Experience administering Finance and Operations environments, including sandbox and UDE deployments. Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
