6 months Biggest Requirement for the team: Experience with scripting in Windows (Powershell), Tier 3 server admin support, and enterprise printer management Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Experience Strong hands‑on experience with: Windows Server, including Print Services Windows 10 and Windows 11 in enterprise environments Centralized print servers supporting large, production‑level user populations Printing & Device Expertise Hands‑on experience with: HP enterprise printers Printer driver management, with a strong preference for HP Universal Print Driver TCP/IP printing, including queue creation and troubleshooting DNS fundamentals as they relate to printing SNMP basics for printer status and monitoring Support & Troubleshooting Proven ability to work independently at a Tier 3 support level Strong root‑cause analysis skills for complex print issues Experience troubleshooting performance and stability problems Support of mission‑critical, enterprise printing environments

Job Description :

We are seeking a senior‑level Windows and Print Services Engineer to support and maintain a large‑scale enterprise printing environment. This role requires deep hands‑on experience with Windows Server print infrastructure, enterprise endpoints, and Tier 3 troubleshooting in production environments. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay:

$35-55/hr (Based on experience, education, certifications)

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
