System Engineer Location:
Tampa, FL (Fully Onsite)

Occasional travel within 50 miles of Tampa, FL Job Summary We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide both remote and onsite IT support for a variety of client environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise. Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and maintain computers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and network equipment. Support and administer Windows Server 2016 or newer environments. Manage Active Directory and domain-related services. Support Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and hybrid environments. Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services. Resolve support tickets from start to finish. Participate in and lead IT infrastructure projects when needed. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Train end users on the use of hardware and software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality support. Qualifications One of the following is required: At least one Microsoft Certification , or Associate's degree (or higher) in a related field.
Experience with:
Windows Server 2016 or newer Active Directory Microsoft Azure / Entra ID Microsoft 365 Windows 11 environments Office 2021 or later Strong troubleshooting and networking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
