Systems Integrator

Summary:

Senior systems engineering role supporting integration, documentation, and development of complex aviation, ground, and satellite communication systems. Job Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering on complex systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, or equivalent program management tools Ability to travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, the UK, and Europe Preferred Skills A&P Certified Mechanic Deep avionics background in both military and commercial aviation Cabling and wiring experience SATCOM experience Fiber optic repair experience Job Responsibilities Perform systems integration activities including review of systems design and integration, manufacturing, quality, airworthiness, and configuration and data management Assist with reviewing, developing, and updating program documentation related to systems integration requirements and issues Support the design and development of aviation, ground, and satellite communication systems, test stands, and launch facilities used for hardware and vehicle testing and operations Translate customer needs into written requirements, concepts of operations, and functional architectures
