Senior Test Systems Integration Engineer (Orlando, FL) (Orlando, FL, 32825) | 06/15/26 Easy Apply Share Job Job Description Senior Test Systems Integration Engineer (Orlando, FL) We are looking for a Senior Test Systems Integration Engineer for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will be lead the development, integration, and validation of automated test solutions and Test Program Sets (TPS) for complex electronic, RF, digital, analog, and communication systems by collaborating with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure system performance, testability, and mission readiness. This is a 9-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Onsite role in Orlando, FL. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Responsibilities:
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops test programs and procedures for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen and should be able to obtain Security Clearance. Must have a minimum 14+ years in Systems Integration & Test Engineer Day to day work involves leading a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to coordinate efforts required to produce a tailored work product for our customers. Strong project and technical leadership experience, proven hardware/software integration skills, a working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment, and good communication skills. Must be able to lead development of test programs written in either PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI. Responsible for developing test programs to run on the Lockheed Martin LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems. Variety in work assignments is what you can expect from this position as we support RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and a variety of communication technologies. Team members work collectively as well as individually to develop software and hardware designs to support customer missions. Bachelor's Degree.
