This is a direct hire or a contract to possible direct hire with M-F in office work in the Alpharetta Roswell GA area. If you or one of your colleagues is interested in this opportunity please click . This is not a remote opportunity. As a Battery System Engineer, you will be working with power products such as batteries to deploy new lines, integrate lines into BESS, Telecom and UPS systems. You will be responsible for managing the projects from start to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory and certification requirements. You will create and maintain documentation for the systems designs, specifications and test procedures as well as manage the releases and lifecycles for the products. Requirements
REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering 2-5+ years of experience with Energy Storage Systems and Uninterruptible Power Supplies Experience with BMS communication protocols - Modbus
TCP/IP, CAN
bus Experience with DFMEA Experience with safety standards
UL 1973, UL 9540, UL 1741
