Job Description

Preferred:
Alpharetta, GA and Berkely Heights, NJ (preferred location as discussed - Onshore (U.S.)) Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement platform engineering solutions with a strong focus on scalability and reliability
  • Build and manage end-to-end observability frameworks using: o Dynatrace (full agent mode, enterprise-wide deployment) (logging, monitoring, analytics) o Splunk (optional)
  • Develop intelligent dashboards and automate monitoring insights
  • Drive AI-enabled engineering practices, including: o Leveraging AI tools like Codex and Claude o Embedding AI into engineering workflows
  • Implement predictive monitoring and alerting capabilities
  • Design and deploy automated workflows and runbook automation
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in Platform Engineering / SRE / Observability
  • Hands-on experience with: o Dynatrace (mandatory)
  • Experience in automation frameworks and workflow orchestration
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
  • Ability to create intelligent dashboards and analytics solutions
  • Understanding of predictive monitoring and AIOps concepts Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (critical requirement)
  • High confidence and client-facing presence
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability
